Confirm the institution, roles, and success criteria with the school’s owner. Provision the tenant and the first admin account. Agree what “go-live” means for this client.
Import the roster, connect the SIS, enable SSO, configure certificates and integrations. Require 2FA for staff. Walk the admin through the audit log and UAT portal.
Hands-on session: build a course, author a quiz and a secured exam, grade with a rubric, run a live class. Every instructor leaves with one real published course.
Run one class end to end with real students — enrol, learn, sit an exam, get results. Fix friction while the blast radius is small.
Open enrolment to all cohorts, switch on notifications, publish student and parent quick-starts. Eduversity on standby for the first exam week.
