Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
The service
Eduversity provides an education management suite — student information, learning management, and finance — to schools and universities under subscription agreements with those institutions. Individual accounts (staff, students, parents) are provisioned by, and belong to, the subscribing institution.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Institutions control their users' access and may suspend accounts under their own policies.
Acceptable use
No unauthorized access attempts, no disruption of the service, no academic-integrity violations (including circumventing exam controls), and no unlawful content. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
Notifications
Transactional notifications (email, and — with explicit opt-in — Telegram or WhatsApp) are part of the service. We do not send marketing messages.
Availability & liability
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is"; scheduled maintenance is announced to institution admins. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by the subscribing institution for the affected period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Institutional subscription agreements may supplement these terms.
